Right now, Spirit Airlines has completely stopped flying and is not operating. The company has entered shutdown and liquidation procedures. There is no plan to restart flights in the near future. In theory, parts of the company like aircraft or branding could be sold. But restarting the airline as it was is very unlikely. The financial damage was too large to recover from. So for now, Spirit is considered fully out of the market.
